Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Direct Authority AI website and services (the "Service") operated by Loans On Demand, LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Direct Authority AI is a sales and marketing education and training platform. We provide AI-powered tools, coaching, community access, and educational content designed to help professionals improve their marketing and content creation capabilities.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Loans On Demand, LLC cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.

Fee Changes

Loans On Demand, LLC, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees.

Refunds

Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable. Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of Loans On Demand, LLC.

Content

Our Service allows you to create, generate, and manage content using AI-powered tools. You are responsible for the content that you create using our Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By using our content creation tools, you represent and warrant that:

You own or have the necessary rights to use any input content you provide
You will not use generated content for illegal purposes
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
You understand that AI-generated content may require review and editing

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content created by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Loans On Demand, LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Content you create using our AI tools belongs to you, subject to the terms of this agreement and any applicable third-party terms.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Prohibited Uses

You may use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

Disclaimer

Loans On Demand, LLC is a sales and marketing education and training company. We believe, with education, business leaders can be better prepared to make advertising and investing decisions.

Success is dependent on external factors such as implementation and effort of the participating business. We do not make claims on what you should expect to make without training.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Loans On Demand, LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
